Prime Portugal was founded in 2024 to address a fundamental gap in the Portuguese relocation market. While Portugal had become one of the most attractive destinations in the world for global citizens — offering safety, quality of life, favourable tax regimes, and a clear path to EU citizenship — the advisory landscape remained fragmented. Immigration lawyers handled visas. Tax advisors handled IFICI. Property agents handled real estate. No single firm offered an integrated, end-to-end service that covered every dimension of a successful relocation.
We built Prime Portugal to be that firm. Our advisory team brings together immigration consultants, international tax specialists, and property acquisition professionals under one roof, supported by a network of regulated fund managers, Portuguese legal counsel, and compliance experts. This integrated model means our clients receive coordinated advice from day one — from choosing the right visa pathway to structuring their tax position, to acquiring their home in Lisbon, Cascais, or the Algarve.

All immigration matters are handled by licensed Portuguese immigration lawyers and certified consultants registered with the Portuguese Bar Association (Ordem dos Advogados).
Tax structuring and IFICI applications are managed by certified tax advisors (Consultores Fiscais) registered with the Portuguese Tax Authority (AT). International tax planning is coordinated with qualified advisors in each client's home jurisdiction.
Golden Visa fund subscriptions are placed exclusively through regulated Portuguese fund managers licensed by the CMVM (Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários). We do not manage funds directly.
Property advisory is delivered in partnership with Bonte Filipidis, a licensed real estate agency specialising in luxury and off-market properties across Lisbon, Cascais, the Algarve, and Porto.
Every client engagement begins with a confidential consultation to understand your specific circumstances: nationality, tax residency, family situation, investment capacity, and long-term objectives. From this, we develop a tailored relocation strategy that coordinates visa, tax, and property decisions as a single integrated plan.
Integrated advisory. We do not refer you to three separate firms. Immigration, tax, and property are managed in-house by a coordinated team, eliminating the gaps and misalignments that occur when specialists operate independently.
Programme specialisation. We are one of a small number of advisory firms offering the HQA Programme (D3 visa pathway) alongside Golden Visa, D7, and D2 visa solutions. Our IFICI practice has handled applications across all five qualifying agencies (FCT, AICEP, IAPMEI, ANI, and Startup Portugal).
Transparency on outcomes. We publish detailed, factual content on every programme we offer — including eligibility criteria, costs, timelines, and common pitfalls. Our clients make informed decisions because we provide the information upfront, not after they sign an engagement letter.
